I absolutely LOVE coming to Jay Nails!! I work retail, so I can be hard on my nails and I rarely have time to get them done. Since going to Jay Nails, I haven’t had one broken nail!! I also have gone over a month after getting SNS done and they still look AMAZING! Every nail technician is more than capable of producing an excellent set of nails, I couldn’t be more satisfied! If you’re looking for a new go-to salon, I highly recommend Jay Nail Spa! Thanks for always being so awesome!!

LOVED COMING HERE!!! I received great service and they were super professional. I usually feel super nervous going into nail salons but it was a great atmosphere and I felt really comfortable. My nails look amazing and my pedicure felt great. I checked reviews before I came, and they were 100% spot on! 5 Star Experience! I will definitely come back regularly (:

DO. NOT. COME. HERE. I wanted to try a new place out & I absolutely regret it. 1. It took 2 1/2 hours. Like what??. If I was getting a hard design yes totally expect that but this was not the case 2. I’ve had them for only 6 days !! & a couple completely broke off. But not only that, they broke off almost down the middle of my real nails & I was NOT hard w my hands. I would just grab something & it would break as if my nails were brittle. I’ve had long nails before & this has NEVR happened. & also I took a break from nails so they could be fresh & strong but anyways as you see. 3. The lady that was doing my nails kept trying to change the design because “it won’t look good” as she said but idc I wanted what I wanted plus her suggestion was ugly looking but she still kinda messed it up. 4. She charged me $85 which my usually place would’ve charged me $55 If you want good service & an awesome pretty nails. Go to gloss nails. Their address is 1030 Inverness Cors. They are incredible!!! With their nails they last me 3 weeks & NOT break. Plus w what I got from jays nails, gloss nails would’ve taken them 45 minutes NOT 2 1/2 hours. & I WOULD NOT BE GOING THROUGH THIS PAIN RN. I’ve had to cut them all short bc I’m too worried ab anymore breaking. So now I’ve wasted money to have ugly nails. I will never go anywhere else but nail gloss after this experience. I’m not the one to usually review but I just had too. That’s my rant. 10/19 DISAPPOINTED
