Customer service was amazing and they did a great job. I am very picky about where I get my nails done. I don't have acrylics and am very particular about how my natural nails are handled. I prefer that the techs use their hands rather than an electric file. I got a gel mani/pedi. They were very nice and offered me something to drink including wine when I first sat down. I felt super pampered. There was a guy who started my manicure but after I said something about using the electric file, another lady whom I'm guessing was a manager or owner came over and filed with her hands. She also painted my nails at the end and did a really good job. I was happy with the customer service, how my nails came out, the cleanliness of the shop, and the price. Will definitely the next time I'm in town.

Love coming here! They always take good care of me, the staff is so welcoming, and they are always very professional. Eva does my nails perfectly every time, long medium and short!! She’s the sweetest, never disappoints. Definitely my favorite nail spot in Birmingham

I have visited the salon on multiple occasions. The service I recenailived yesterday was the worst service I have ever received in any salon. The lady that did my pedicure and manicure rushed through the process. She tried to do my nails while my feet were soaking so I had to lean over on the armrest so she could get it done quickly, very uncomfortable. I have open sores on my feet now where she scrubbed the skin by my Achilles tendon on both feet. When I got home I had to use cuticle nippers to finish cleaning up the cuticle she left dangling. My nails are not rounded but square where she used to fingernail clipper and basically hit them once with a nail file. By far the worst experience ever in my life. I will not return.
