I have had many good experiences at this place but one of the nail techs gave me the absolute worst pedicure ever this past weekend. My feet were pretty dry. I have dry skin especially in the winter. Well I know it’s never perfect after a pedi but she put in very little effort even after adding a $5 callous removal to my pedi. Then she painted my toes with a bunch of polish on the tops of my toes, on the skin. She redid it but it was hardly better. She also did a mani and my nails were all uneven. I was filing my own nails as I was letting my toes dry in the shop. I contacted them hoping someone would redo everything but no response. I will not go back again. I will go to Jay Nail Spa instead. It’s busier and a longer wait but I can now understand why. It’s worth that wait.

I actually like the pedicure however I was not able to receive the design/polish I asked for due to the fact my technician told me could not do it , after he tried twice. I asked for chrome polish on four nails which he painted black and could not get the shiny powder on. I was running out of time so I got glitter on top of the black however the rest of my fingers are polished light teal green. When I got ready to pay I told the technician that I wasn’t happy and he called the manager. She approached the register never spoked to me about what the problem was or how I wished to resolve it. She took off $5 and walked away. I’m not upset because she did do something about it, however as a paying costumer I would like a chance to explain my experience so it would not happen to anyone else. Also, as a business owner my self I know it’s complains can be hard to handle but you should at least ask questions and acknowledge the person they have an issue at your establishment.

One of the worst pedicure I have ever received. He didn't even scrub my feet. 105 dollars wasted.

This is one of the best experiences I've had at a nail salon. I'm so glad one of my old friends and some of my new friends recommended them. Tony Tracy and Jenny did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. They were so warm and welcoming; they are so clean and sanitary they ask you to wash your hands before they even get started. I can't wait to go back!
