Jessica is amazing. I’m new to the area and she was recommended by several people. She was fast, but still gave me quality nails. I brought a picture of nails I had done in the past and not only did she get the design spot-on, she did it better.

12/03/2031 on today I go back to have my lashes done and the tape that was placed on the bottom of my eye was very close to my top lid.So when it was time for me to take the tape off the lashes came off on the tape, which tells me it was too close to it. It was made to seem like it was my fault because the lashes came off with the tape and some of my natural lashes were pulled out with the extended lashes. With that being said I asked her if she could do them over and I was given a no because my eyelid was bald on both corners. Once I went outside and looked at my eyelids I had lashes on both sides and it could have been done over again. I definitely was not happy because of the fact that the same person that has been doing my lashes just totally gave me a straight-out no that she could not do them and that it was my fault. So, I guess I'll be learning how to do my own lashes from here on out!

My first visit to the nail bar, with an appointment that was not honored, I asked for lash extensions. Once in the room on the table Mai begin putting on lashes, an hour later I got up and had cluster attachments on my eyes and not extensions! When I asked what happened, she said that these were natural and my lashes were too thin for the extensions. I explained that she should have told me that before putting on something that I didn’t ask for and is not water proof and still charged me the same amount of money. I was pressed for time and paid and left. I called the next day to speak to the manager. I had already lost 3 lashes and they looked fuzzy like a squirrel tail from the tangled lump of lashes they were pulled from. The person that answered the phone said they would take my complaint and get back with me. No one ever contacted me back. I will not be back and will advise everyone to find some place else to go.

I absolutely love this place . Not only is it clean right from the windows all the way back to the floors and chairs but it is also organized and neat. The rolling stools where sitting on the chairs when not in use , all the work carts matched each other , no clutter and nice and bright . I also liked that the services were provided towards the back off the building, there were no windows so you truly could have that “getting away from it all “ feeling . My nail techs name is Lucy . She was very thorough and took her time . She did not speak much English but that’s fine because I’m not a fan of small talk . I highly recommend!
