I want y’all to look at what my 17 year old asked for versus what she got. The woman took advantage of a teenager who had her mother at another part of a nail salon and refused to do what she asked not once, not twice, but THREE times and then directed me to sit away while she finished up. Wonder why?? Oh and did I mention my nail tech had OPEN BLEEDING SORES ON HIS HANDS AND NO GLOVES ON???? Do NOT go to Nail Boutique & Spa. I tried to report them to the health department, but they are not regulated. So I have been in contact with the board of cosmetology.

First & foremost, the prices they advertise online are apparently EXTREMELY OLD, AND the prices they advertise to you while getting services (ex: they show a list of pedicures with prices and ask you to pick one) are old and inaccurate as well! I ended up spending $32 more than I originally thought I would. That’s how far off their prices are. Second, Lynn came recommended. She didn’t seem thrilled that I requested her & had a friend with her the entire time (not someone who works there- she was wearing soccer shorts & a gym shirt & was painting her own nails following Lynn from the pedi chairs to the mani chairs). Normally I wouldn’t care but the fact that she seemed inconvenienced to be working & getting paid, it came off as unprofessional. When I asked if she could do a design on my nails, she flat out said no, so I didn’t bother to question it since she already seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She also didn’t like the color I picked out and she used a different shade that I didn’t want but I guess who was I to argue with someone who was doing my services. About 3 days after my services, the topcoat started chipping on my toes & on both my toes and nails, the topcoat is so dim and dark and dirty looking that I’m already heading to get them redone elsewhere. I spent $80 plus tip on a regular pedi & gel mani, for nothing. I guess there’s a reason there was no wait for someone who came ‘recommended’ on a busy Saturday. I have gone to Cindy at Royal nails who did a decent job but if you’re not wanting to spend a lot (new full set with design, etc) then she will rush you. However Cindy is much nicer than Lynn here at Nail Boutique. Angel Nails & Paradise Nails also come recommended, it looks like I will be driving a bit further than desired next time & hope to get what I pay for!

first off, i had to come back to this nail salon 3 times in one week for my nails to look halfway decent. the first day i went, the gel polish on my nails came off within 3 hours of me having them done. the next day i returned and asked them to repaint my nails that were messed up, and two days after that they messed up again. my final time i went i told them to completely take that polish off and let me choose another color so i wouldn’t have to make another trip for the same issue. i choose another color and the lady barely took off the original polish and just painted over it. mind you the lady who did them originally and the last time were the same person. my toe nails were also painted and my toe nail is now cracking in half and the polish is doing the same as it did on my finger nails. 10/10 do not recommend.

Had a manicure…they did not do my cuticles…I picked my color and they made the decision to do a different color…had to go to another place to have my nails and toenails redone the appropriate way and the color I originally asked for. I will never go back!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! $85.00 Down the Drain!

Love this place. Mrs. Linda been doing my pedi and medi for many years. My real nails stay so healthy, long and strong since going to her. I recommend this place to anyone. Everyone is very professional and nice.
