I recently started going to Mia Nails. I have always been told they was the best. I went two times. & was so disappointed by far. I left so mad. I made a appointment, and went in for my second time. My first was ok. But I waited two hours to even have my nails done after the man doing my nails was very rude to me. And jerk my hands many times and was very hard with my hands. Plus many people got seen before me. Why make a appointment. ?? I was also told last min price was more than what prices was ..... this being said I will not go back any time soon. I was so upset. Because to be honest they made a easy 50)$ in 15 mins. If I am paying this much for a dip my nails need to be flawless. And they looked awful. Plus my color was not even close to what I ask for , My dip was so thin I could chip my nails. And wasn’t what I ask for. But I was so upset by that time I didn’t want to ask for them fixed plus I was there a total of over two hours at this point.

Mia Nails does such a great job! You need to book appointments well in advance because that's how good they are! The quality of the products they use are great. They take wonderful care of each client. Great way to relax and leave looking beautiful.

Kaylee culwells appointment was canceled without reaching back out to confirm. They lied and said we wanted it canceled. My fiance is a nurse and has limited time to get to a salon. We will not be doing business with this salon again. In response to the poor customer service we contacted aquatic nail spa in Madison and was able to be seen immediately. Not only were they friendlier but they were able to offer a better experience with options previously denied at Mia.

My daughter and I won’t go anywhere else!! They take the time to actually invest in their customers! We are always greeted by name and if my daughter is not with me, I’m always asked how she is. The level of customer service at this establishment is unmatched. Thank you for taking time with your customers! We will always wait to get in with you when you have time, because we know the level of service you provide! Best nail salon in Hartselle, hands down!!

I have only attempted to get my nails done professionally twice in my life due to horrible experiences. This salon has eradicated the fear I have with getting a mani/pedi now. I showed a picture of something that I had found and liked. They delivered EXACTLY what I was wanting. They were all so professional and very nice. It made me feel so welcome. I also didn't get a hassle about my latex allergy, which has been the case numerous attempts in the past when I showed up elsewhere to attempt getting my nails done. I have always left disappointed. Today, that has been completely turned around. My nails have never looked so good and this nurse's tired feet have never felt so relaxed. I will be back and encourage everyone to come here. The two week wait for my appointment was WORTH it.
