Did my PERMANENT MAKEUP (eyeliner and eyebrows) and it looks horrible!!!!! The owner did my service and the lines on my face looks about like the pot holes that covers their parking lot!!! I have to now go and let apparently a REAL PROFESSIONAL fix this mess!! The owner will not issue a refund and she openly said that she messed up. Her eyes was glossy and looked like she was high as a kite while doing my permanent makeup!! I will never do business here again and I will definitely be letting everyone know to stay far away from this catastrophe of a place. Also she blew her nose with a tissue and used that same tissue to wipe the table, I have never in my life seen such unsanitized people. The owner of all people should run this salon in a safely clean matter. Hair was all over the floors and not swept up after hair services. I almost slipped while walking to the chair. I did my research after I left this place about the owner and I suggest you do the same because you most certainly will not want to receive any services from a criminal!! Good riddance Red Door Salon, it’s red for a reason!!!

Wonderful job on my lips, eye brows and liner. Her hygiene was top notch. She walked me through every step of the process. She asked me several times iff I needed a break. And even called for a follow up on how I was doing and if I was pleased. One comment she made will always stand out to me. She charges less so more people can afford the service. She loves making people fill good about themselves. The place is neat and clean has a great health rating too. Health ratings mean alot to me also.

I visited this salon for the first time yesterday. Ginger is wonderful! My hair looked a hot mess when I came in (years of box dye, I know!) And I left feeling like a new person. She put highlights in then color, shampooed, cut & styled it. She is very sweet, makes you feel comfortable but is still professional & she is GREAT at her job!! I will definitely be back & highly recommend Ginger & this salon to others.

After several years not going to a salon. I trusted Brent to color and trim my hair. He did the best job. Brent is my new hair dresser. Very friendly staff.ade me feel welcome .

Came in for an appointment and the owner was very late! She was extremely rude to me acting like I was an inconvenience. She wasn’t concerned about how she was acting, and offered no apology. No one was friendly to me in there, and I was very uncomfortable. The haircut was completely crooked and the color washed right out!! I will never come back to this business. Save your time and money and go somewhere that will appreciate your time and money.
