I liked Lee he did good on my nails. However, I’ve been in hospitality for years and EVERYONE KNOWS THE RECEPTIONIST IS THE FIRST PERSON YOU ENCOUNTER. The little girl with the weird energy needs to check her attitude before coming to work. People feed off of what you’re giving out. I won’t be back for that very reason. I expect great customer service wherever I spend my money.

I rarely get my nails done as I work in the hospital where I must keep them clean cut. However, I decided I would go with a friend and was so pleased with the result! I chose an almond shape cut which was slightly out of my comfort zone and the tech, Tiffany, did the best job I’ve ever received! She was very attentive and focused, so I plan on requesting her next time.

my individual nail lady was amazing!! however, the lady my friend had left old nail residue and gave her nude instead of white. also cut up her cuticles. the front desk worker was so rude to me and my friends, rolled her eyes, made comments about how she wanted them to leave… not knowing i was still in there. she needs to learn that when you pay for a service, the service should be done how they customer asked!! and keep the eye gestures to herself it wasn’t cute:)
