The best nail shop ever. Everyone is so sweet and they work amazingly fast. Never a disappointment.

There staff is extremely rude. I still stand on they have some of the rudest staff here. Mimi claimed she knew how to do marble nails but she had to redo my nails twice the lines were too big I showed her the picture 3 times. She keep trying to argue with me. I simply asked for smaller lines. I had to explain to her how to do her job SMH. How I wanted it was picture one the second picture was what I was left with. I suggest you guys go to another nail tech because Mimi is extremely rude and impatient I will never go to her again

I went to have my nails filled in …the first time I went they failed to tell me that the dip powder would make it so I was stuck with that color unless I took my nails off….and started all over ….. I didn’t ask for dip powder to begin with…. Then they say they can take my nails off kind you I am going to have to pay for them to be taken off …. And he just start ripping at my nails..I could take them off at home that same way and not pay for it…I will never be going back to this place ..this is how I walked out looking!

Busy shop a lot of choices in gel and powders. Some of the employees are extremely nice and others just plain rude. Don't think I'll be back unless I have no other choice

I will NEVER go back to this nail shop again. I didn’t want to give them the one star ⭐️ .They were so unprofessional, and the guy Kenny overcharged me. This was around Christmas time, and I was almost the last person to leave, and I had the same exact services done to my nails and feet three weeks prior, and my services was $25 cheaper. I called the nail shop the next day and spoke to 3 different people (at different times of the day) to find out the cost of the services I had done by Kenny, and all 3 staff members of the nail shop said the price was $25 lower than what I was charged by him. When I finally confronted Kenny, he tried to speak very loud an aggressively to me, because he didn’t want the clients that was being serviced that day to hear how much he charged for my nails and feet. He shouted that he will refund the amount he charged for my nails after he took my nails off. I agreed, so he took the scissors and cut each one of my nails, but he said I’m NOT taking them off. He threw the money to me for the amount he charged for my nails, and told me to get out of his shop. I gladly left, and went right up the streets, and had them do my nails the exact same way, and they charged me $30 less, and they did a much better job on my nails. I wouldn’t advised ANYONE to go to that shop, because I really should have stopped patronizing them years ago with some of the ways I have heard them talk to the clients!
