This picture shows the terrible job, would not recommend to any one. The only reason they got a one star is they were accommodating to get me in. I guess I now know why.

Always a pleasant experience and my gel will last three weeks.

This was my first time going to this place of business. Everyone treated you with hospitality upon arrival however, the service will need a bit of improvement. Yung did a good job on my feet however the message was not done properly. She only put the lotion on and rubbed it in. Kim did my nails. Kim did a good job however she will need to take her time and not rush through the nails. The dremal hurt my fingers plus she did not apply the acrylic in a manner to fill in properly. From the cuticle to the tip of the nail looks a little dis portioned. She also stated I need to pay for my service prior to completion and I told them I would pay after the service like everyone else did. I have never went to a nail salon where they asked me to pay prior to finishing the job. I believe this happened due to I requested her to slow down. They need to be sure that the experience is worth coming back. Rushing through the service at first and not allowing a new client to get use to you is not the way to keep customers coming back. Overall the service is ok however needs improvement.

My first full set and they are wonderful. Great prices, very clean, and great staff. Thank you so much.

Very minimal job on the pedicure. It might have lasted 15 minutes. I could have done a better job myself! On their Facebook page it shows all these designs on nails. When I asked for a design, I was told we don’t do any. Nothing! I took my daughter and we left. Your attitude and lack of service cost you two manicures, my business, and recommendation to others. I’ll never be back!
