Well I really didn’t want to post a bad review but after the 2nd set in a row that’s awful! I got the same exact colors and designs last month 2 different times , first time I loved them so much! Not rushed shaped perfectly awesome went the 2nd time for that same design was nothing like the fist set or even the picture I had showed! The designs were not even it looked terrible, they were super busy and rushed but if we come in and PAY we expect to be serviced correctly and efficiently! The prices always differ they will charge you what ever they feel like. And today I went in to give them the benefit of doubt because they were super busy last time I went and had a bad experience. Again very rushed, not what I wanted, and told me they COULDN’T PUT A DESIGN ON MY NAILS???? Since when? AS OF TODAY I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO YOUR SALON!

I’m not a person to ever leave reviews but if you are looking for a place to get your toes and nails done, don’t walk from this place RUN RUN!!!! This place is absolutely the worst nail place in the Florence area. I’ve been there 3 times to give them a chance. The last time the lady done my pedicure was obviously mad at someone and took it out on my toes. She cut my right big toe with the file that she dropped on that nasty floor 3 times and just kept using on me. I told her to get a new one and she threw that file so rudely in my water. I told her to give me a towel and I dried my feet and left. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!

Awful customer service!!!! Came in at 4:30 with a friend of mine. Waiting for a minute but you know it’s only two of them doing nails. Wasn’t busy at all everything was good.My homegirl got her nails painted, i got a full set. When she got done, she came and sat next to me and asked for a SOAK OFF. Lol, we were told no, we cant do service because we close at 6. Remind you, i was still just now getting my nails shaped and all of that. Lol, couple more people came in and asked for Two Mani & Pedis. Nobody said a thing. Next thing you know , we were getting told to go because we questioned on why we cant get her nails off.

never ever go to this place! the sorriest excuse for a pedicure i’ve ever had in my life. they were so bad i had to go home and just remove the polish. i could’ve painted them better myself, they weren’t filed evenly at all, and the woman didn’t even rub the lotion in all the way in my legs. if you want something worth your money, do NOT go to this place!
