If I could give a 0 I would. Horrible service! Only nice people were the extra girls they have helping. Went in for a full set. Man & Wife couldn’t understand squared nails verses oval. The shape was not what I wanted. I asked for it to be corrected, they filed almost the whole tip down. Then the lady yelled at me and said get out of here; took nail clippers and almost ripped my nail off!

I have been a loyal customer for years and have recently stopped going to this nail salon. I get a manicure and a pedicure every two weeks like clock work. I always come in at 5:40PM because my business does not close until 5:30PM. The last four times I have been, Karla basically made me feel like a burden because I come in an hour and twenty minutes before closing. So instead of getting rushed pedicures and having 3 people work on get a gel manicure to just have lumps in the polish, I decided my time and money are worth more. Side note, customers who come in later in the day do it because they have no choice, sometimes they tip more because they realize the inconvenience.

The shop itself was not very clean, however the girls who worked there did beautiful nail work. Some very pretty nail art. I only had my polish changed so I do not know what kind of manicure or pedicure they give. But my biggest concern was the overall hygiene of the shop. The staff was friendly, and the girls work ( what was done for me and what I saw) was very good.

New customer - I went in for a full set. Usually you get a manicure at the same time anywhere I have ever gone but they just quickly (and I mean quickly) slapped on the acrylic, paint and get you out the door. My nails aren’t horrible, but they are bad enough that I plan on taking my money elsewhere from now on. The shape is jacked up on a few nails. The polish was all over my fingers, and you can see the stroke marks from the brush. I also have a couple cuts around the nail from them pulling my nail and skin apart. If you are ok with mediocre nails for a cheap price and they will have you in and out in 20-30 minutes, it’s an ok place. But for $10 I will go somewhere else that takes their time and gives me the results I want.

Zero stars if I could, the workers are disinterested and have a small town mindset. Are not looking to satisfy the customer at all. The lady is rude and unhelpful. C'mon it's a Pedicure, not open heart surgery, you can't be serious with all the pushback when asked to just clean the cuticle a bit better. I work all day in healthcare with covered shoes on, the least I deserve is a good Pedicure. I would advise to avoid this place but then there are already so few nail places in town anyway.....
