Having lived here for a couple of years, I was extremely happy to find (refund) Top Nails. They are under new ownership and I couldn’t be more pleased. Dewey(sp) has done my nails the past 2 times and I highly recommend him and the staff. Very attentive, precision to detail, great selection of colors and services. Not to mention the wonderful staff. This is the place to go! I’m looking forward to pedicures once my foot heels from surgery!

Went here while on vacation to get acrylics and was very disappointed. I showed a man my design and he had to call another lady over because of the difficulty. The man starts to shape my nails and I immediately noticed they were very thick and chunky. I kept my hopes high as I thought the filing might help… it didn’t. She kept scraping my skin with the file to the point of it being in pain when she touched it. Then came time for the design. It was off to an alright start but then she starts rushing on the rest. I would’ve been okay if they had just told me it wasn’t realistic for their skill set but instead they overcharged me $75 for thick and messy acrylics. Safe to say I would not recommend this place ever!!

we went on vacation and it was so over priced for a awful job. they kept picking my skin and i have multiple cuts on my fingers. the design i picked wasn’t difficult and they botched it. i had to correct her multiple times because she didn’t understand the color i wanted. i wanted a hot pink and she pulled out a red and a orange. the nails weren’t dry when i left and they just aren’t good for the price i paid…. 80 dollars.. wouldn’t recommend.

Family had basic pedicures and they enjoyed them. Lady that did my nails was very good and professional.

Awful experience. I scheduled a manicure/pedicure for my mother's birthday. Regular polish, not gel, that never dried completely. She left the salon and turn right back around because the polish was still not dry. They re-applied new polish (after my mother suggested that it must have been old polish) She waited for 30min for that to dry. 6/10 nails were chipped the following day. She went back in for them to fix the nails and requested gel at no extra charge due to the fact that the standard polish was unacceptable. They refused to redo her nails with gel at no extra charge and refused to refund my money. Do not use this place!
