This salon is unprofessional with terrible customer service skills. I would not recommend this salon for quality service.

This is the best nail salon in Orange Beach! The salon is always neat and clean! The staff is so friendly and they do an exceptional job and they pay close attention to detail! I have been coming here for years! It's the only nail salon I will go to!

I haven't gotten my nails done in ages due to time and money. I had a death in the family today so i wanted to do something to cheer myself up. NOT THE PLACE. Upon walking in, with 4 techs sitting around... nobody wanted to even take me, they argued over that for a while. Finally when Ms. LEee started she was unpleasant to say the least...i didn't care to talk aand that was fine. She did an awful job...i had a hang nail i asked her to cut... that's$10 more just to touch around the cuticle... bad experience, i don't even feel like telling the rest even. Just don't go.

I’m from the area and have been to all different nail salons, in the last year I’ve started using Elite Nails only. I love this place! Everyone is very friendly I always leave with exactly what I asked for and with beautiful nails. This team does a great job!
