Since Kim Nails is under new management, they’re the only place I go to get my nails done! THEY ARE AMAZING! They always remember me and my sisters and they always do so great with my nails!! This is the first set I got from them, but they’re always clean and fresh. They do their best to see as many customers as they can a day and have fair pricing! I love them 10/10 Recommend to anyone visiting or in the area!!!

We have read bad reviews about people’s cuticles bleeding and we went to this shop before reading and here’s about it. Could not design the nails right we gave them a reference picture and looked nothing like it. Put so much glue on the nails before putting the acrylics on, they did not paint all the way on the nails. Did not size them right AT ALL. GAVE US the wrong color. Their faucet was broken off the inspector needs to come check that out. It smelt SO bad in there. They did not push back the cuticles. They also take peoples phones! They was very rude. They polished our nails wrong and also we have so much bumps on our nails and their upturned. The colors they chose when we wanted pink. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Look I took my 2 yr old with me (single mama) and they wasn't worried bout him runnin around. Best customer service from a nail salon I have received in years. 10 outta 10 WILL be going there again.!!

I wish i could give it zero stars. Don't waste your money. Her version of a lotion massage was to haphazardly put lotion on my feet then literally punch my calves 6 times. Took forever because she kept running after her dogs. Wouldn't let my friend get the basic package even though that's what she wanted. Awful experience. Dogs were cute

I had an awesome experience! Kim is funny and caring. I had her remove an ingrown toenail and I feel like she was super careful and made sure to get the entire thing. The building was clean and the interior was very beautiful. I got the number 2 pedicure. I highly recommend!! I’m definitely going to be a return customer!!
