After going here for 5-6 years off and on, the last 3 at least once a month faithfully, I will never go back. The wife is usually always friendly but her husband is very rude and unprofessional. I stopped getting my nails done there bc he cut my cuticle, I jerked my hand back when he did and he snatched my hand back towards him. I told him he cut my cuticle and don't be snatching my hand like that, I am not a child. He said he didn't cut it, yet it started bleeding and he never acknowledged or apologized. He dabbed some alcohol or something on it and kept going. That was over 2yrs or so ago but since then I've noticed he's not so friendly when I come in, fine with me, long as he didn't have to touch my feet I was good. Fast forward to today, I walked in, no greeting (he said he spoke), he walked to the back, came back and didn't say a word. I asked was his wife coming or would she call, all he said was yeah. I go to my car, wait and when his wife called me, I informed her I did not feel welcomed bc of what happened prior. She immediately jumped to his defense, "he said he spoke u did not". Ok even if he spoke and I didn't hear him, when he came from the back he never addressed me and I'm just standing there. She said when I come we are never friendly, well he's not my friend. Ever time I walk in, she speak and he don't open his mouth, I'm a paying customer, I'm not suppose to go out my way to speak to him. I've been in there several times when ppl have had words with him and now I see why. He's rude and she does what she suppose to do, stand behind her husband. Well good luck bc his attitude will definitely run this business in the ground. He seems to like a certain clientele anyways. I won't be back....End of rant!!

I’ve been going to this location for 17 years. They had some workers come and go for a while but I love when it’s just the 2 of them. They remember who I am and treat me like family when I come see them. I don’t go anywhere else! Please go check them out. I call it the best mom and pop nail shop.

After walking up there, a slight ways from my home, I was told to write my name on the call back list. I did as instructed and received a call back. Explained I would be there around 25 minutes. We agreed it was a deal to be there at that time l, I had to wait a hour plus, in a Chinese owned store, DURING THE PANDEMIC, with a "No waiting" Sign in my face. Please go elsewhere if time is a essence, for they do not care about you waiting all day, in a small space during a PANDEMIC. My man was told no waiting and had to stand outside, but they had me wait over a hour. I left.

My favorite nail salon since relocating to Huntsville/Decatur area. The prices will knock your socks off. You walk in and are admittedly greeting and if they aren't heard or feel like you didn't hear them they make sure to let you know no matter how busy they may be that you have been acknowledged. They don't do appointments, but if you have any errands to run this is this place for you because you can write down your number, the service your wanting and they'll call you a few minutes before its your turn.
