I’ve gone to them twice now and they have done wonderfully both times. The first time I went to get acrylics done. It’s hard for me to find a nail salon that won’t cut my fingers open because I have small nail beds, but they did WONDERFULLY!! The acrylics lasted almost 2 months before they started to weaken and try to come off on their own. The second time I went, I had the acrylics removed and did a cat eye gel manicure on my natural nails. Again, they did fantastic. The removal was quick and painless and the manicure was relaxing. I will continue to go to them for my nail services!

Absolutely terrible! I think a one star is being very generous. The man that did my toenail was mad because he cut my toe, picture posted, and is incapable of doing his job. I asked that I be discounted for my inconvenience and discomfort and he flew off the handle so unnecessarily. My foot was hurting and mind you, he drew blood with his heavy hands on the drill. He ran his mouth so much and started yelling which I quickly informed him to calm down and be quiet cause he was way too loud. Vicky I’m assuming told him to finish my foot which initially he acted like he didn’t want to complete. My toe he “fixed” is ugly and wide and poorly shaped. I’d never in a million years return to such a poor environment with horrendous customer service. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else, it’s 2022 and with inflation, no one has time to spend their hard earned money where they’re not appreciated, too many hungry establishments waiting for customers. ETA: I’d be very careful of throwing out threats or words you have no idea on the basis of which you speak. Again, your nail “tech” cut me I bled and that’s why I took the pictures to prove that. If you injure a customer that’s the LEAST you can do, not to mention, he was yelling and very disgruntled. The free service was only offered after I SUGGESTED it, so let’s be very clear. You and your staff are very unprofessional and this comment will not be removed nor does the “flag” mean much considering that would have to be proven it was a fabricated statement and it was 100% truth because it is the experience I received. If you do not want to receive bad reviews, I suggest you hire a more competent staff & be polite. The only reason you are flagging my comment is because your tech cut me and drew blood which I have the picture as well. As far as violence, he was yelling so bad, I feared he may try to hit me. This isn’t the first time people have complained about his violent attitude, if Google reads the previous reviews, they can see MANY people have also complained about your staffs attitude.

I visited this nail salon 2/18/2022 and I feel as if I was taken advantage of. I asked for a gel pedicure and was ushered over to a chair where I was not given a menu of the services, just asked to pick a polish color and then she proceeded into the pedicure. I was given a very basic pedicure, and not a very good one at that. The water was lukewarm, the foot massage was very brief and hurt, the scrub was way too abrasive and irritated my skin, and the “hot towel” was barely even warm. I get to the counter after she is finished and am told my total is $98.?? I’ve never paid that much for a pedicure, especially one of this quality. When I questioned her on what I paid for, I was shown the pedicure menu after asking for it twice. I paid for a “deluxe blood orange peel pedicure” that included a hot stone massage and other treatments that I didn’t receive. After I pointed out that I didn’t receive the hot stone massage listed on the pedicure I paid for, she asked “well do you want it now?” Just a bad experience. I was ripped off. The polish is bubbled and my toenails are filed unevenly. Go to Mimi’s or tip top nails.Before she tries to tell me again that she told me what my price was before the pedicure: no. She repeats back a couple numbers to me while walking away to get something that I didn’t understand and I assumed she was repeating back my polish color. If I had heard that my pedicure was going to be $ 98 I would have gotten up and left.

They did an amazing job on my nails I left the first review the day I got my nails done, they did an amazing job, but I broke 2 of them 3 days later ( my fault ), and they took me in right away and fixed them. Thank you Charlie you do great work, if anyone wants to get there nails done her ask for Charlie he is great at his job. 😀😀

The guy that sits next to Vicky did a horrible job on my nails. They are so thick and has dents on the sides. He had acrylic on my skin and sides of nails not filed it’s absolutely disgusting! Then overcharged me! I received a pedicure and a short full set and they charged me $93!! Never again! Don’t waste your money!
