This is one of the best nail salons I've ever used. They are talented and ind. And they make me gorgeous..

First time going here. I ask for French Tip with powder. The guy who did my nails hands didn't look very clean( red flag). But I continued, he gave me a colored french tip. Priced at $65. It didn't look very nice( uneven) so I asked him to do the entire nail never mentioned an additional fee. I never expected an additional fee since French tip price is more than a traditional dip. When I went to pay he said it would be $85 dollars because I changed the color. I did not change the color I asked him to add the same color powder to my entire nail because the French tips were not done evenly and looked bad. I wont be back. In Reply to the below: You quoted me 65$ dollars and that's the truth but somehow I was charged 85$ which I paid. If you would have said you would be charging me extra because I was not satisfied with the quality of my tips I would have left and gone somewhere else. I get my tips done all the time with SNS powder. This powder just happened to be glow in the dark. I thought I would try a new place because you all were not busy. That was my fault. I also saw another review where someone from this salon said another customer lied. Your response just shows poor customer service. A good response would be sorry you didn't like your nails what can we do.

Very unsatisfied! Charged me $100 for me and my daughter to have a fill in. Cut me right when she started and told me it was a hang nail. Design is NOTHING like what I ask for. It has been 2 days and my nail is already chipping!

Very disappointing. I got a dip manicure and gel pedicure. The colors were supposed to be the same but don’t match. The gel pedicure looks rushed. The gel coat doesn’t go all the way to the sides. The dip manicure started cracking after 4 days on 8 of my fingers then chipped on two nails at a week. I did go in to get it fixed but the wait was too long. I’ll just be going to a different salon in the future. ETA: It is so unprofessional to insinuate I am lying!!! I am a teacher and did nothing heavy with my hands. Your dip nail lasted 4 days before 8 of my nails cracked. At 7 days, the two nails pictured chipped. That’s when I came in. It was rushed and very poorly done. I now support Victoria Nails off Carl T Jones and their dip nails have lasted more than a week so far without cracks or chips (unlike your 4 day manicure!) I hope future customers see my review, your unprofessional reply and consider supporting a better business. Thank you!

I came in to get my nails and toes done for my brothers wedding something nice and classy and she did an amazing job! Just what I wanted. I had come once before to get my nails done for prom and the experience was just as great. After various nail salon hopping I have definitely found a salon I will be sticking with!
