Jim did my nails and Angela did my feet... And they was both amazing. The energy in the entire establishment is good. Everyone is nice and they all do amazing work. This is my new home for my pampering needs.🥰💅🏾🦶🏾

First the original color was not entirely removed so you can see it on the edges. Clippers were used to pull up and snap off parts of previous acrylic. If you've had your nails done often you'll probably not have had clippers put under the un filed acrylic at the cuticle side and pulled up, this is done sometimes with thinned acrylic, but not usually full thickness due to the chances of damage. You could see the damage to the nail bed. The glitter dip powder was applied quite thick and more importantly, on the skin and cuticle at multiple points. My skin was cut twice with the file and that place was continued to be filed after I said it was cut. Because the acrylic was applied so thick at the cuticle now that it has grown out a little my hair gets sick under it when I wash my hair in the shower.

I have NEVER in my 🤬 life got such HORRIBLE 🤬service‼️🖕🏾 I absolutely can NOT believe this 🤬‼️ Lies, bad service, long wait and overpriced‼️👎🏾 NEVER AGAIN‼️ I could've done better myself at home. Now I have to finish what they started. But like my sister said, "At least the hardest part of it is off". Sheesh, but at that price though? Ugh. It's like they didn't even try to satisfy the client. I'm disgusted af‼️Got my nails looking like 💩‼️

I was anxious about visiting this business because of the bad reviews & I also have cuticle damage on my thumb. I’m new to Alabama and I had no nail referrals. Haley (Hai) was on my pedicure She was considerate and patient. She checked in with me to make sure I was alright. She wasn’t rough and she was thorough. Her massage really got my blood flowing. David (Day) handled my overlay and I made him aware of the cuticle damage. He was very efficient and smooth with his work. He mentioned he had been working nails 10+ years. He was gentle with my thumb that had the cuticle damage and overall I’m highly satisfied with my services today. I needed this for my self-care. & they threw in a little $5 discount that’s also open to anybody paying $50+ Between mondays and Thursdays (it’s on the receipt that’s how I know. I don’t work them).
