I had a pedicure and decided to get gel nails, I haven't gotten gel nails in a good while, but currently 5 hours later my fingers are HURTING! This is my third time here and the worst nail experience I've ever had! My pedicure was amazing, but the guy doing my nails, not so much. I told him I wanted gel nails, with white tips, because my natural nails were long and beautiful to me and it has a natural look. He repeated back to me white tips and I said yes sir. He then used the drill on my nails, I've never had that done by the way, and it cut me twice. He then asked if I wanted to keep the same shape, I replied yes. He started using the nail file and low and behold my nails are pointed, not the same shape. (Picture for reference, luckily I had to shop and took this picture before leaving my home today to make sure I got the correct product) He then said your nails beautiful this way now. I did not like it, but what was I to do at this point, you can't stick what was taken off back on naturally. Normally one would wash their hands to get all of the nail filings off before applying the gel, but at this place, I did not wash my hands but before we began and at the end. He then pulled out a color and I took my hand back saying no white tips. He said yes white tips but continued to pull out the color. It took three times explaining to him and a lady I wanted white tips. He then painted my whole pinky nail white and I said no just white tips please. Finally he got what I was saying, even though he repeated what I said back to me each time. I was cut a few times, pictures to show but was really just ready to get out of there and didn't say anything. My left hand burned really badly when it was under the light, never in my 10 years has it hurt that bad, and I said is it supposed to burn this bad? He said yes it burns! My nails are sloppy, looks like a new person to this field did them. I am overall not happy with this experience and will more than likely have my gel taken off elsewhere tomorrow bc my nails are really hurting right now, never has it felt like this. I should have left as soon as it started going south, but I tried to give it a chance to improve. Never again, just be careful with who touches your nails!! Thank goodness my nails grow fast!

My friend and I both got our nails done here for the first time and both had a bad experience with the quality of our nails. They didn’t ask my friend what shape she wanted, made her natural nails so short and round which isn’t what she wanted. And her dip powder color changed after 1 day from a pretty, clear glitter to an awful yellow (gross looking) color. I asked for tips on my nails which were almost all crooked and different lengths. They didn’t clean up my cuticles at all even though I asked the guy to do that multiple times and kept asking him to straighten out my tips (which he replied by saying my nails/fingers are crooked which isn’t true.. I’ve had my nails done so many times over the years and they were never crooked- just a lazy excuse in my opinion). They also didn’t have half of the colors we were interested in getting. And wouldn’t let me get the color I wanted since my friend was using that powder color.. very odd. Both of our nails started breaking and crumbling off almost immediately. I WOULD NOT go here. Spend your $50 somewhere else where they care about nail quality and making their customers happy.

I have been to Perfect Nails on three separate occasions each with the same nail tech, as I had seen some of her work on a friend. Two occasions I left very happy and in about 30 mins as I was getting dip powder done. This last time however was completely different and based on reviews from days ago this is not an isolated incident. My nail tech was leaving the parking lot as I was walking in, and finally showed up ten minutes late to my appointment. She repeatedly got up and went into the back while I sat waiting on her. After she completely got one hand dipped she again left and when she came back, she was progressively getting slower to the point I had to wake her up a few times. She began painting the bonding agent on my skin and was clearly out of it. She over filed my nails in spots and hit my skin with the drill. This took her over two hours to complete my nails and they aren’t pretty. The owner and other staff members were aware of what was going on and only tried to intervene after she was completed and I was late and couldn’t stay any longer. I will admit that my nails look better than anticipated for someone who was repeatedly nodding out, but it’s no where near the quality I’ve received before and what I anticipated getting when walking in yesterday. Her saving grace is that I got the dip powder which can be filed down hiding the majority of terrible work and the color I chose. It was a highly stressful visit and I won’t be returning. I’m only sharing this because I feel like this happening to one person is bad enough but it’s at least two people.
