Fine experience. I asked for one thing and was given a slightly more expensive option. I wasn't too upset because I was thinking about getting the more expensive pedicure anyways, but I could see this being an issue long-term. I was there with my sister who got her nails done and didn't get exactly what she wanted, even after showing many pictures to the manicure specialist who reassured her she could do it. Overall, feels like instead of providing an "experience" they are trying to get as many people in and out as quickly as possible.

I was able to walk in and was seen right away. I got a holiday gel manicure and the lady did AMAZING! I am in love with my nails! She pushed and cut my cuticles perfectly and the polish was perfect! I will definitely be back!!!

Stopped in to get dip polish removed, and and left with ripped nails and blood where they scraped off the dip and took off the whites of my nails with it. Now my nails are very damaged and in a lot of pain. I do not recommend this business. They did not apologize at all even though two of my nails were bleeding when I left the establishment.

Had a great experience with this salon. They were able to take 4 of us as walk in on Friday morning. We got there just in time as many people popped in after us. Great service. Great pedicure. Got the classic. Was not rushed , but not unnecessarily lengthy. Clean facility. Staff really took care of us!
