I have been going here for about 2 years & everything was fine. Then today took the cake. I was first in line to get my nails done but Chloe took 2 other people in front of me. She was doing a lady Pedicure & in the middle of it she left the lady half done to go do another lady nails who had just walked in! BS. Then my toes had 30 seconds to dry & I asked her “I’m next right” she replied yes. Another customer walks in & she said sit in my chair. I said, hold on now I’m next. She said, it won’t take long! WHAT! I will never go back again. I pay $110 plus $15 tip every time I go. Today I only got my feet done & I will never go back again! Chloe you was so wrong on so many levels! It started when you left the 1st lady! I’m ashamed the way you acted as a business owner!

First time to this nail salon and I will never go back!!! First of all they cut my fingers up using the drill to remove polish and was just to rough. If not burning my nail beds with a tool, pulling my hand so far up I smacked my face on the glass shield. I was asked if wanted cut down and I said no but then started removing all the acrylic on my nails to the point there was none. Put new acrylic over my real nails and then proceeded to file them so much that the length is gone. Just a word of advice, if you’re thinking about using these people I urge you to reconsider. Not worth the time, money or the pain.

I have been getting my nails done here for awhile now and I think that this is a great place to get nails done at. These are pictures of my nails recently and I'm really happy with them!

Got charged $97 for a full set and pedicure. Wasn’t told the price until I reached the register and when I was told it would be 50 I said “ for my pedicure and my sister’s full set” she said yes and then proceeded to run my card. Then she came back saying I owed another 47. For my basic 25 dollar pedicure. Informing me that the cost of gel polish is an additional $20. To each service. Not as priced on there wall or options page when you enter the door. I will not be using this manipulative spa again. My small business nail tech doesn’t even charge that much.
