This place was okay I wanted something similar to what they gave me but I’m Not happy with my nails the shape is perfect they butchered my design though. The picture with the white tips is what I showed them. I mean they don’t look bad but for 60$ I expected them to look better. The gentleman started my nails was struggling to do the design so he called in help and a lady finished them he originally quoted me 55$ but she told me 60$ when she got done. Long story short I probably won’t go back.

The establishment has poor customer service. It’s popular in the area because the prices are cheap. You honestly get what you pay for here. It doesn’t look appealing either. I recently visited. I said thank you after receiving a service. The nail tech said nothing. I said thank you again, still nothing. I’ve visited this location off and on since 2008. Today was my last visit. Angel Nails is Millbrook is sooo much better. Please seek other salons!

My nails have never looked this bad from this place. but this time they did a bad job . the nail tip didn’t even cover my nail the whole way and the acrylic doesn’t cover my whole nail.

I have been doing business with this location for several years. However, quality has gone down and no concern for the customers. Several of the workers have nasty attitudes and are unprofessional. I have had several problems with them over the last few visits. I got my nails done on 5/6/2021. That night one of the nails broke. I went in to have it repaired. One of the workers (sits at the front booth, when you walk in the door) stated that I must have hit it on something. I told him “no”. He said “yes” want it for free. I said “no” I just want my nail repaired because something wasn’t done right. Chen, the owner, stated come back in 1 hr. I have seen on several occasions where they stop and do a simple repair. On that same day, a customer told this same guy that he was hurting her hand, he got up, no apology, and told her someone else can do her nails. Chen says nothing. I continue to visit there because of the convenient location. However, at this point I rather spend my money where the customers are valued and appreciated.
