As a long time customer of Perfect Nails, I am so disappointed in the experience with new owners. The environment is dismal: poor lighting, no music or tv, no professional interaction with customers. If it were not for KIM and TONY, I would seek another salon. The former owners provided excellent service in a professional yet friendly environment. Customers were welcomed by name and treated with respect. I would not be surprised if the salon closes with such poor management. I would love a return to the former owners and their expertise!

They do not even deserve the one star every time i go they mess up my nails either shape or polish and give a different price every time i gone. Even though i get the same shape and length and usually only one color its always different. The nails break and chip easily the new owner is rude and extremely disrespectful. i keep trying to give them a chance but since it got a new owner its been horrible. Definitely will not be going back even though i was a loyal customer.

Friendly and kind in the past. No no no! I have went there with my 80 year old Mum for years and had grown increasingly disatisfied with the service but the nail in the coffin was when I took my Mum back in a few nights ago with an hour and fifteen minutes until closing and I was told to come back another time!!!Not in this lifetime! Done with them! I have always tipped well too. Now it is Valentines and my Mum's nails look horrible and this business is to blame.

Waited a hour and a half. Average pedicure, but the fellow charged me extra, not for a basic pedicure. I do not recommend this salon.

I’m very disappointed in the service provided since new owners have taken over. The owner was asked to do a gel manicure on my nails. He filed using a rotary tool then began painting my nails, but I pointed out that my nails were uneven and not shaped. He said he does it later and continued with the gel polish. When he was done I mentioned my nails weren’t even. He filed the ends of my gel painted nails leaving the nails unpainted on the tips. The owner yelled at me in his language and told me to pay and leave. This would have never happened with the previous owners.
