This nail salon was such a great find. I brought my co-workers here for pedicures and they were able to get us in as walk-ins. I run a lot and trip a bit more and break my toe nails regularly. I am so grateful my nail tech didn't try to pressure me into putting a fake nail on one of my toes. He was attentive and considerate and did an incredible job on turning my toe nails into something pretty versus the talons they were when I arrived. Highly recommend this place!

The atmosphere of the salon is nice. All of the machinery and decor are up to date. The staff was kind and attentive overall. And the wait wasn’t bad. Hence the two stars. My experience was tainted by the quality of work. I’ve been serviced by a local Black woman nail tech for the last year whose attention to detail is unmatched. In my 15 years of going to the salon, I’ve met no one who can match the quality of her work. That being said, I didn’t have expert level expectations for Master Nails, though I did expect a professional job, at minimum. By the pictures you can see that this is a job I could have easily done at home…with better results. I am not the type of person who goes to these places to spend money and gloat that I went to the salon, I come because I expect a level of professional services beyond what I can achieve. The pedicure was the best part of the experience and it was barely decent. Feet weren’t well exfoliated and my toe polish was quite sloppy.(It is also my opinion $15 extra for gel is a joke.) it was the manicure that really did it for me. The tech tried to convince me to get a gel polish. I chose to only go with a clear top coat because my nails are a bit damaged ands recovering from a year of gel manicures without a break. As a professional, understanding my long term goals to regrow healthy nails, she shouldn’t have continued to recommend gel polish. I feel like that was about the money. I did expect for the tech to properly soak my nails, push back, clean, and moisturize my cuticles, shape and buff my nails, massage oil into my hands and apply a top coat. For a $20 manicure, I believe this is a basic expectation. When that did not happen, and I brought it to the tech’s attention, she tried to convince me that it didn’t look good because I didn’t get gel polish, then it was because she needed to apply oil, then it was because I needed to was my hands. It was everything except that she did a poor job. I got the second opinion of another tech who agreed that the job wasn’t well done and offered I pay half price. (I personally did not feel like she put in enough effort in to earn half price, but I had already decided that I wasn’t coming back so I let it go). I also paid full price for the pedicure as I didn’t see the sloppiness until I made it to the car. So all that being said to say, very disappointed that I spent $73 of my hard earned money and invaluable time in a place that values quantity (& money) over quality (& professionalism).

I always come here for my nails. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and good at their job. My favorite is Tina , she’s funny and can make your nails look bomb. I always leave happy

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE! I went here to get my eyebrows waxed & maybe some lashes. I sat there over an hour waiting patiently; 6 people were ahead me. A lady came up to her and asked her, “Amy, how many people do you have left.” She(Amy, the owner) asked her, “did you get your nails done?” The lady said yes. She put her before me😠😡 even though NO ONE was behind me; if she(the owner) would have asked would have known. I politely got up and left. I have been going to this place for over a year & ONLY went to her and tipped her very good EVERY visit; this means she doesn’t value her loyal customers. I WILL NEVER spend another penny in here!!!

Remind me to never go to them again. It was my 1st time there, I usually use Nail Envy but I couldn’t get in with them so I settled for master nails. The lady was rough with my feet I kept yanking back not to mention I was unaware of them not actually scrubbing feet with pedicures. I was so disappointed I didn’t even get polish on my toes I left. Upon check out I told the owner it was my 1st time there so I was unaware of how they did their pedicures & I asked for a discount. My discount was not granted so I will be disputing with my bank when I say I’m extremely unhappy I am extremely unhappy. They charge more than nail envy & I get more & better service at nail envy. My feet feel so rough nail envy would’ve neverrrrrr I’m so disappointed I could’ve kept my money.
