I used to go here every month, spent over $100 on a fill-in and pedicure and tip 18%-20% until the man that sits in the front and checks people in and out was rude and unprofessional to me. Long story short, I wasn't sure about the shape I wanted my nails. When the man shaped them coffin and asked me if I liked them, I said no. I told him I think I'd prefer them almond shaped. He got upset and yelled, "Well, why didn't you say you wanted almond shape then" and start aggressively clipping away the set he'd just put on. I understand him being upset because he did a lot of work and wasted product only for me to say I didn't like what he'd done, but I was new to wearing fake nails and wasn't sure about the different shapes and how to ask for them. I also would have tipped him extra for the inconvenience. I can understand the man's frustration and if he would have just said what he said, I would have been okay with that as he's allowed to express how he felt and I'm not a sensitive person, but what he said and how he said it, coupled with the way he aggressively clipped off my nails is what was rude and unprofessional to me. I definitely felt threatened and didn't want him to touch me again. I think he was upset too because after he had me soak off the set he'd just put on he sat me with another lady, which I was actually thankful for. I haven't been back to this place since. I only spend $125-$150 a month at businesses who treat me with respect, and that treatment for what happened was uncalled for and unacceptable. I'm only giving this place 2 starts because before the incident with the man at the register, I had several good experiences with other workers there.

This is my absolute favorite nail salon the stuff are doing an excellent job increasing their precautions during this troubled time. It offers an array of services that they are quite competent & efficient at. This one of is my exhale places much like the shoreshore where I can relax. Everyone deserves a day of relaxation & you may want to add this place to your day, you will surely not be disappointed.

I been going here for about a year. Last two times I got gel polish on my toes it was coming off in a few days. First time I didn't even go back. Took the lost. Last time I went back in 3 days bc one of my toes had came completely off. Wasn't a week later before others were peeling and that same one came off again. My only guess is they switched to cheap products. Gel usually last on my toes until I literally have to take it off. I won't be returning to Envy Nails.

Poor experience, the older guy that did my nails had no idea what Coffin shape was and my nails was lumpy and I don't even know the shape. I kept telling him I don't like the side nails and my nails length are uneven but he kept saying "good good" and was sighing like in bothering him. It was also late in the evening so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he was probably tired. Then the girl that changed my gel polish on my toes did horrible, that night after I went home and showered, while dying my feet the left big toe nail "gel" polish was peeling off. I had a flight to catch early the next morning so I was on vacation with jacked up looking nails.
