I would never come here again. Paid so much money for a pedicure for it to be rushed and half done. I wanted my fake nails to be soaked off but he insisted on ripping them off after I told him they hurt! He rushed on my dip powered and was filling my nails so much that they burned. He filled under my pinky nail until it bleed. I let him know and he still did it anyway. It's a gut that sits all the way in the back by the nail dryer. Never in my life will I come here again.

1) Let’s talk about unprofessional I called 2/2/2022 and asked did they accept same-day appointments and the owner told me It’s whatever I like. So I walked in a little before my scheduled appt time at 515pm and confirmed gel + a tip with a pedicure 2) An older lady walks in and states that she needs a fill-in. The owner takes the guy from me to do her service. Talk about complete disrespect. As a consumer, I felt undervalued. The owner then proceeds to LIE and say I only remember you for a pedi. So, you remember the pedi and not the other service. And asked me Could I wait ? I absolutely cannot wait as I have an appointment and my money spends the same 3) As I am describing to a guy there with a low, mohawk type cut what am I requesting, he is trying to tell me what I’m going to get. The lady who is supposed to be servicing me looks at the other customer and proceeds to laugh. If you want to go somewhere with low-budget service and blatant DISRESPECT THEN NAIL STUDIO AND SPA-CORNERSTONE IS THE PLACE TO GO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING

After getting a set of acrylic nails, that same day my nails were chipping. The acrylic is so thick, and the nail tech did a poor job at filing the acrylic down. Therefore, my nails look glued on. They look horrible. I will never go back to this establishment.

Side Note: I'm not a critic, nor am I hard to please. I'm an honest, understanding client, no matter the service or the provider. First & foremost, the only person I've ever booked at this salon is Tera. I always tip generously, and I generally let her do whatever she wants on my nails. And, to describe my most recent experiences, I'll just say that when booking an appointment, I expect to be serviced at the time that I booked you for. I shouldn't have to wait 30mins+ to sit in your chair. FURTHERMORE, In NO world is it okay for me to pay you $80 for a fill in set when all you *realistically* did was fill the gaps with acrylic & polish (and you DIDN'T even polish ALL 10 NAILS, you polished 7 of them.) Less than a week later, one of those same nails broke. I was charged $10 to get ONE nail fixed, when a friend of mine (who's also a client of yours) has NEVER paid ANYTHING to get a nail fixed. As previously stated, I am an understanding client, and I am NOT hard to please AT ALL. But, IN CONCLUSION, I won't be coming back.

I came here 6.09.21 the service I requested was basic AF!!! Simple solar fill in and pedicure. The 2/5 is GENEROUS be My nails look presentable for tomorrow and the weekend. Will they last beyond 3-5 days….not likely. Horrible. Started chipping today.
