Today was my second visit to this salon. Both times I had an appointment. I had to wait 20 minutes and they didn’t even fix the water so my feet could soak until I asked for it. The technician was in such a hurry the whole time. I have awful callouses and told her I did. She barely spent 20 seconds scrubbing each foot. She didn’t use any cuticle remover which made her scraping them almost painful. She did do a good job painting my toenails but then just left. I had to put my own shoes on and try not to mess up the polish. Both times I’ve never been told where the dryer was, if they had one. I may use this salon again in a pinch but I will be sure to ask for everything I want or why they aren’t doing something.

I have visit this salon many times each time the business has gotten worse. I speak so highly of this business to many so it was only right to leave a review today. The tech made me feel as though she did not want my business period. She did my nails as if she was home on the porch and cared less. I asked for coffin she gave me different square like shapes. I said I didn't like she clipped them off and said it was so I could go elsewhere. She kept telling me what was extra even though I said it didn't matter.
