First and LAST time! I walked in my husband asking how long the wait would be and was told 5 minutes. 45 minutes later, my pedicure is done and they are just now starting to work on my husband’s. I don’t think the tools were sanitized, as they came from a bucked on the cart, in the picture. The nail files and brushes were previously used - we could see the white stuff all over them. The foot exfoliator, in the picture, was for multi use instead of the smaller, one-time ones most places use. This is beyond disgusting and should not be even legal! The pedicures were mediocre - fast and sloppy.

This was my first time at Jenny’s and I am very disappointed. I walked in there with an inspirational picture and walked out with something that I was not happy with. A guy did my nails and I kept showing him the picture and he kept nodding his head and saying ‘Mmhmm or it’s ok.’ At one point I even ask for Gold glitter to be added to the base of my nail and he just nodding and said yes. He didn’t even measure my nails to see if they matched in length on both hands. My thumb nails are both lopsided in length. He also didn’t have me wash my hands after he filed and trapped the dust under the top matte coat which you can clearly see. After he added the ugly jewels to the wrong finger ( suppose to be ring finger) which was suppose to be black I was just ready to get out of there, especially after an hour wait and 40 min on my nails. For the $60 I paid this was not worth it and I will not be going back. My nails are just ugly.

For some reason i was sat with 3 separate people. I went in for a new set and they just peeled my old acrylics off instead of having me soak my nails in acetone as every other shop does. However the reason im rating so high is because when Kelly got ahold of me she fixed me right up. I wouldn’t come back had she not gotten to me. The only person in the whole place who knows what they’re doing

I absolutely love this salon! I have been going to Amy for years and she is the best! She always does a great job! The salon is very clean and spacious, prices are reasonable, no long wait times, and overall just an amazing Salon!
