I am not one to get my nails done but I was talked into it. After riding around hours we finally found this place. First establishment welcoming from the moment we walked in. When I stared I did not understand what I wanted they were very helpful and understanding. They were patient and did not rush due to other impatient customers. They explained wait times and were very friendly. They try to make you comfortable and the space is relaxing. I would recommend and visit again.

Normally I have a very good experience I have been coming here for years and have always loved it but the last 2 visits have been horrible. Came in a few weeks ago and waited almost an hour after being told I would wait a “short wait”. I let that go because there was only 2 worker in the salon and I know how it can be when you are understaffed and busy. He started to do my nails and was very rough around my cuticles. He put the tips on and did the acrylic without shaping first and normally when I get almond they always shape them first and then go back and reshape after applying the acrylic.(shape was wrong btw” I don’t know if it was because my nails weren’t done well or the fact that he cut the shape of my nails with acrylic on them but they have all lifted and 2 have came off and it hasn’t even been a full month. When he went to go paint my nails it was not the color I picked but a much lighter shade which I did not like and he refused to add another coat to see if it would darken a little bit. The visit before this one one of the workers came on after smoking a cigarette and started doing my nails without washing his hands. I feel like I am getting over charged for my nails considering I can pay 45 and them not fall off in 2-3 weeks at other places. I always tip what I can which is usually 10-15$ and always get dirty looks when they see my tip as though I am not also in customer service and know that I give a fairly good tip. I’m wasting money coming here now when they used to be the best around. Don’t know what happened but I’m done. Also the young guy with tattoos is very unprofessional, asked my 18 year old sister if she drinks or smokes weed. She’s 18… she may be an adult but she is still a child and she was in high school at this time.

I was worried looking for a nail salon, but not anymore ! This has to be one of the best salons I’ve been to ! The workers were nice, good music was playing while waiting and getting my nails done. Brian was so nice and he took my messed up nails and fixed them ! I walked out of this salon feeling great about the work he had done. I would definitely recommend this place. Wait was long, but what nail salon doesn’t have a long wait when your getting good service . Definitely going again!

The best and cheapest place I've been. I live out of town and would drive here every month to let them do my nails every time!! Love them
