I am embarrassed at how terrible acrylic nails look. They are way too thick, short and almost round from cuticle to tip. Until I pictured it out to the lady they were filled unevenly. I definitely feel ripped off and will never go back.

I came in as a walk in and was seen right away! My nail technician was so sweet and was very efficient and meticulous. No joke, the best French manicure I’ve ever had. I’m also a stickler for cleanliness, so I really appreciated that the shop autoclaves all of their tools. Go here!!

I don't know why they are still open. They are so rude and very unprofessional. I went there two weeks ago and it was 5pm and I was turned away because they said that it would take too long to do my pedicure and nails. I have been going to this place for years and every time I look up they are turning customers away when they don’t close until 8 PM. And it’s their level of professionalism that is my number one complaint, they have no regard for your time. They should not be rudely turning away customers at 4:30 or 5 PM when they don't close until 8pm. Change your hours or hire more staff.

EDIT: This was my favorite salon for a while. but the prices has increased. the quality has went down and i always end up having to argue with the owner on how i want to wear my nails. i like short nails. and it’s always an argument. and then the girl who did my brows absolutely ruined them. i haven’t been back since and have found a new salon. not an awful salon but i won’t be using their services anymore. This salon is by far my favorite I have ever used! I am VERY picky. Like. Picked on by friends I’m so picky about salons for being picky. But I have continually used this salon the past 6 months and have never once left unhappy! Ariana(the owner and main nail tech) is an absolute doll and is very good at different nail techniques! She also is the ONLY person I let wax my eyebrows other than myself. Definitely recommend! My nails, brows and toes are always on point after! Their pedicures are also amazing! They take great care to prep the nails and give great massages!
