If you value your time I strongly encourage you to avoid this place. This is my second time there as I was trying to be fair and give them another chance because I figured maybe the first visit was a one off. I am in Columbus visiting from Atlanta as I often do on business and decided to stop by here to get my nails done as well as a pedicure. The nail tech placed my hands in ice cold acetone for 45 minutes and never checked on me so I left. I watched several people who came in within those 45 minutes be seated and started on. I truly understand appointments as the line of work that I am in utilize those as well. However, as a business it is important to let walk-ins know that there is possibly an hour wait. I I am the type of customer that tips at least 20 to 30% but this place doesn’t even deserve your business. I went to Posh Salon less than 10 minutes away and was treated immaculately.

It was my first time going to this place. The nail tech that did my toes and nails was not friendly at all. I feel like she rushed my pedicure and overall she was not very gentle with my hands and feet. I didn’t feel comfortable there, to be honest. My toes and nails are mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the $100 I spent. I most likely will not be back.

The worst, nothing "Pamper " about it. I got a classic pedi with gel polish and acrylic on my nails with gel came up to $98. I wouldn't mind except from the calculations it should have been $88-89 To top it off the guy didn't even massages my feet or hands. The service sucks. I've gone to other places ( way cheaper)that massage your feet, legs, put your pants down your shoes on, rub the oil in your hand. It just a name nothing more. Safe your money.
