The atmosphere is amazing and always being offered something to drink… cleanliness is amazing and hospitality too… Anna is my go to… ladies let me tell you, she takes pride in her work and she is not stingy when she’s is doing a manicure… SHE DOES AN AMAZING JOB… I can compare her work because with others there and Anna goes above and beyond….

The people were sweet and friendly, but I believe the young lady that did my pedicure might have been an apprentice. It took 2 hours for a pedicure; she scrubbed my one foot raw until I had to speak up and ask her to stop. I just had them do a basic white tip nail paint and it looks awful. I did pay my tab for the service, but for what I paid it could have been a lot better.

I have been getting my nails done for years. I've had good and bad experience's at other local salons. My service at Maple Nails was fair but the work I had done was very disappointing. The first time I went, the language barrier was difficult. I could not make the tech understand what I was wanting done. We finally were able to figure it out but there was only one technician there who knew how to do what I was wanting done so I had quite a wait. It was finally my turn. The tech was kind but walking out the door, my nails were very wavy and not smooth. In less than two weeks, I had nails starting to lift. I went back for my fill a week sooner than I usually have to go. They did the fill. Everything seemed to be good but within two days, I had two nails break from literally tying my shoes. I did go back and they did repair both nails at no charge but it was over an hour wait again, because there is only one technician who knew what to do. That was two days ago. Now, the gel polish is starting to peal on multiple nails. For what I paid, which seemed extreme, I am not happy and I will not be going back to Maple Nails. It is a very beautiful and clean facility but I would really like the work that I have done and pay good money for to last longer than a few days.

I have been here 4 different times and had 4 different people do my nails. I have been happy with each one! I always do walk in and am seen right away. Quality and clean place.

The prejudice that I experienced in Maple Nails today was unexceptable, which is why I got up and walked out. Making a customer wait 40 minutes and then serving people that walked in 15 minutes after me while i am left to sit and continue to wait was too much wrongness for me. I will never return, and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to not go there. No one should have to experience prejudice behavior on purpose, especially when we are paying good money. The owner Tracey decided not to serve me, she chose to let me sit and wait... Who does that?
