I had a return. The lady at the service desk would not help me. I called for her manager. He came straight away. And was very nice and helpful. I wish i had gotten his name. Very nice.. Thanks !

Prices are way too high now. Also happy they have pick up now!!! Bur still love shopping here. But they never want to pick up the phone in the jewelry section I stayed on the line for 20 minutes the first time and 45 minutes the second time and still no one came

I done been to a lot of Wal-Marts cross country. But Thomasville Wal-Mart good God the workers something serious some of them make you want to lay hands on them. Every time you go in there only bout 3 lanes open no one never in the jewelry dept. Then you got some be watching you like they the feds . one thing I don't have have to do is steal out of here , cause if I want it I can get it off my trailer b4 deliverying just a lil note. But this Wal-Mart SUCKS! Wish it was another one closer! Update shelves are empty and it's hard to find help they will walk right by you won't speak or ask do you need help. The lanes are closed all the time maybe three open and self checkout. Needs to do better!!!

Thomasville,Al Wal Mart is away good to visit. I went their to pick a bag of dog food, before the storm, Tuesday 22.arch2022. I had a cart that wasn't working right. I turn to return it. A wal mart worker lining up cart.. I asked f I r another she gave o e to me. I told her way I was returning csrt and I went straight to the dog food.i heard a lady, saying miss,miss I turn and she had my wallet in her hand. I was trying to get out of the store and forgot to get my wallet out of the cart I returned. I must say, I was so thankful to God for the lady returning the my wallet. Everything's was inside.. She could have taken some money but she didn't. AND I Thank that Thomasville, Al worker. She is usuly working at the Self Checkout . She an AFRO AMERICAN, with short blond hair style. I believe she is a Supervisor. THANK YOU Wal Mart , Thomasville, Al. You guys have it going on. Everyone I have co.e in contact with at this store is do very nice. There is 2 people at Selma, Al Wal Mart that are great. One in electronic who help senior citizens with their cellphone. AND there are 2 young ladies one at Selma and one at Thomasville,Al, Wal Mart they helped m e ordered food to be picked up. But Thomasville and Prattville,Al.has Selma Wal Mart beat. Most Selma workers will not show you where an item is they point. Or if you ask for help picking up. 50 or 44 lbs dog food. They do it but they act like you asked them to carry it to the.car. I ask because I had surgery & I'm senior citizen. I don't want to land on the floor or break anything on my body in the store, so I ask for help. Thomasville , Al they help with a smile. They get 7 stars out of 5.stars. plus their store is clean and restroom are too.
