This place is amazing and the only nail salon I found to have the best customer service and they just did so good!

Oct 22, 2021
My friend and I were walk ins. The older lady came in asked what we wanted. We replied manicures. She said let me see your nails. We showed her our nails and she said you don’t need a manicure. Uhhh ok. We then showed her what we wanted and asked do you want full set. We replied no just the gel polish. She said ok what color? I picked out 3 colors and my friend picked out one. She said because you have 3 colors that’s extra 8 dollars. I said ok so all together is what? That’s 48…48!!! 😲 what’s the price of the gel polish? She told us 25. I said wait so why is mine 48? Oh it extra for file and shape. And before I could say no thank you she had the younger lady started on my friends nails. Then gives me a story of why it costs extra. The older lady then files my nails and shapes them. Gets up and walks out the salon. Has the younger lady do my nails. Soooo she finished it was supposed to cost $85. She did a good job but what made it worse she charged my friend 95 dollars for just the gel nail polish and shape. My friend not know why she charged tipped her and left. Over priced, unprofessional, and dishonest. These people are crooks! Never coming back here again

Tina did my ballerina gel set. They're longer than I normally keep but she dida beautiful job. I changed my mind to low key stickers after I saw how lovely they looked without all the extra.
