I’m sad to say that I was disappointed in this salon. I had been once before many years ago and loved it, but now, for the price and service you can easily find a better experience. I came to get my nails done for a special occasion. It was stressful getting asked multiple times how I wanted my nails, since I had already brought in an inspiration photo showing exactly the shape and color. After showing this picture (then more to reinforce and hope there wouldn’t be a miscommunication) the shape was still not what I wanted. I felt guilty having to ask again for what I wanted when she started shaping them, and I tried to be as polite as possible. However, I noticed that I ended up being the only one at the manicure tables who did not get a back/neck massage. It was not a busy time, and I paid for the most expensive manicure option (dip), so I do not know why I did not receive the same service as every other customer present. I recommend trying somewhere else.

I hadn't been in years but decided to start getting my nails done again. The first few visits were awesome, the gentleman did a great job on my dip nails. The later appointments were such a disappointment but the last one was what made me decide i can no longer spend my money there. The nail technician was grounding into my cuticles so bad that they were bleeding. It was so painful and when i would wince she would say sorry but never corrected what she was doing. After they grew out a bit i realized she was also grounding into my nail bed at the top! Horrible, she then talked me out of the polish i wanted and wanted to do a cat eye polish and then once applied it didn't even work. No offer was made to correct it or discount applied, horrible customer service IMO. I will never spend my money here again.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Great customer service! Made an appointment for 4 people for Mani/pedi. They were on time, everything was clean. Nails looked great. Definitely will return again in the future.

The people at pro nails were great. The wait was long even with an appointment because they had several people out on vacation at the same time. The pedicure was excellent. I had gel toe nails done and dip finger nails. They are beautiful! The only reason I gave a 4 star review was because of the prices. It cost me 175.00 with tip for Mani/Pedi! My nails were clean so no removal of polish or anything, and this was my own nails no acrylics. I felt this was way too high.

I took my girlfriend to get her nails done here and the nails were amazing and the attention to detail was astonishing. The staff were very friendly and the prices were reasonable.Plus she bites and rips her nails so these are really good!
