Pressed for gel nails and cut my toes from the metal callus remover, nail tech was amazing.

Great customer service and they did a great job on my feet

Most prices are very cheap and worth what you get but the shellac is terrible. I paid $50-$60 for it and it peeled right off my nails after 5 days. I’ve been here 4 times and they’ve cut and peeled my skin during 3 of those visits with the same employee/manager. No apologies or anything. Most of the employees are so sweet and kind so it’s hard to say the customer service is terrible. The manager or employee that cut me was also very rude to my sister. She happened to cut my sister as well with no apology and then continued to rush through painting them. The shop was hours away from closing and no other customers were there besides me, my sister, and our friend. In the end her nails were uneven and not completely painted on the sides, also still bleeding even after we paid. It seems that one employee is the only issue I’ve ever had with this place. Definitely in need of improvement and I think they can improve, I’ll try visiting again so hopefully I have a better experience.

They have large, comfortable and pretty chairs. All the beautiful decor creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Clean facility with friendly and competent staff. We had a wonderful mother-daughter pamper day experience. Thank you.

Beautiful salon and by far the most talented staff. Prices are very reasonable and listed right on the wall! They treat you like royalty! I gave been coming here since they opened and wouldn't go anywhere else.
