Just got home from getting a set done there. It was a hot mess express from the beginning. When placing the tips, several were crooked, one more than the rest, which I asked her to fix. She removes it and puts a new one on just as wonky as the previous one. I give up on that battle. When cutting them down I asked for them longer, which she then proceeds to cut shorter. I asked for acrylic… bad idea. I now have acrylic dried all over my fingertips. The application was incredibly thick and uneven. The gel polish on top is gloopy and bubbled and nonexistent on the sides of my nails. It looks like I glued chiclet gum pieces glued to my fingers. Not one nail looks remotely good.

Both times me and my daughter went they messed up on the color. They're so sure it matches with the picture we are showing them and they always seem to get the color wrong. This past week we went, it being our 2nd time, they said we can both be seen then took my daughter 1st and told me abt 15 mins later they were booked and won't be able to help till after my daughter is done, which took almost 3hrs for her nails, the nail tech, kept getting it wrong and was ignoring my daughter when she first told the lady the color was wrong, it took 3 different women walking around rushing and having attitude to find the right color. We even at one point have then a number off their books that was a similar color, they still couldn't match it. It was a simple light pink that almost looked white with a heart shape made of rhinestones, idk why it took her so long to do it. Then finally when they figured it out the lady did a few nails very sloppy on the sides and one tip was sloppy as well. And they went up on their prices. I was so annoyed and passed and how they handled it, trying to tell us that how she first had it matched. She wad trying to put the diamonds on a nail that was see through, you could see all the real nails under the fake nails, it was weird and ugly and wrong that she acted like she didn't understand my 15 yr old when she told her the nail and the color was completely wrong. I go for the waxing services often but have noticed ot grows back too often, I found a new place that is way better and don't have our hairs growing after 2 weeks.
