I had my very first Brazilian wax with Anita. I am open and easy type of person but Anita still made the experience as comfortable as can be. Superior customer service and a gem of a person. Look forward to returning waxing and future facials. If you're new to Fairbanks and looking for a go-to lady for your beauty needs don't hesitate booking with Anita.

Anita is AMAZING. I just got my first lash lift with her and even though my eyelashes are on the shorter side, she gave it a try with a new, smaller rod she got and my lashes look amazing. She is super kind, helpful, cheerful, and makes sure you feel comfortable. Definitely going back to see her once my lashes need another lift!!!!

This response and lack of empathy for a customer 100% made me not want to use their services! "It’s my policy, NO SHOW/ NO CANCEL = NO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. It is easier to CANCEL a appointment, then to WRITE THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW. I hope you feel empowered now and NO LONGER FEEL like the VICTIM. It was MORE than a INCONVENIENCE to ME and now you have your REPLY 😊 Thankful we have plenty of options in our beautiful community and hopefully they will live up to your expectations"

Highly recommend! By far the quickest and least painful wax I’ve ever gotten!

Wonderful place! Anita is quick and efficient but so hilarious and feels like you’re talking with an old friend. This is the only studio worth making a trip up the highway for!
