The pharmacy needs to close down if they don't have the staff to operate as they should. I can't go in the store and have been waiting in the line for drive up for 50 mins. They keep hanging up on me. I finally called and told them how long I've been waiting and someone was able to help. I appreciate that they are trying with the little staff they have, but that's unacceptable when people's lives literally depend on these medications.

If you have lots of time and like to spend it waiting for assistance, then this is the place for you. Likewise, if you appreciate the fine art of poorly executed automated answering systems, then call and try and speak to a useful human. Other than that, you can get anything sold here from Fred Meyer for less money and in less time.

I put in a photo order and it says same day pick up. It gave me a date of 4 days later as the earliest to get them. I waited and waited. 2 days after they were supposed to be done i called ans was told the machine was broken. They didn't know when it would be up. I asked why they didn't let me know. "There's hundreds of orders sitting there wsiting". Ok, so hundreds of people aren't getting their pictures. Email to all to let us know. I asked would there be a discount? Told, "no, there's hundreds of orders waiting." When will the machine be back working? Told, "oh we don't know". Can't cancel the order because it was over 2 hours since putting it in. Poor customer service! I am now at over a week past when they should have been done. We should get our pictures free!!

Concerned Customer

I know a few of the pharmacy people there and they looked way too stressed out. It breaks my heart seeing the way customers yell at them that they've been in line forever and they need to answer their phones. It's a lose lose scenario when there's only 2 pharmacy people back there and they're expected to do 10 things at one time. It's impossible to both answer the constantly ringing phones and help the people inside. Patience would be helpful, or maybe apply if you think you could do better. Nothing is stopping you from transferring to another pharmacy.

Price in store was x2 as expensive as online! 51 dollars in store and only 25 online, which is still more expensive than other options!
