I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I have had three encounters with this place. My first one I called and asked if they took walk-ins they said no and hung up the phone. I should’ve known then just stay far away. After searching Kenai and Soldotna.. I made an appointment to get my nails done. Jason did them, When I first got there the lights were off but the “open” sign was on so I went inside Jason treated me terrible because I went in and he said they were not open. Even though the open sign was on. He did my nails and they were beautiful so I let the fact he was so rude to me go. When it was time to get a fill I made an appointment. When I went in there girl that does the books is the one that started my pedicure. My water was too hot she asked me if it was too hot and I told her yes and she did nothing about it. We talked about the polish I wanted on my toes I told her I wanted regular polish and a gel to match on my hands. While she was cutting my toenails she hurt me twice I told her she hurt me and she didn’t even look in my direction where I told her. When she got out the polish she went to put gel on my toes, when I told her no, she threw the polish into the basket. I asked if there was a problem and she said “ no”looked at Jason and said that he would be doing my fill. She charged for the most expensive pedicure and did not preform the service. When I got my fill Jason did not say one word to me, by the end I was so ready to leave. I paid and neither of them said thank you or goodbye to me I will never go back to his place. I have waited a week to leave my review... because it’s a week later and I need my nails and toes redone. All that disrespect, money spent and I STILL need my nails done.. don’t go here, the last thing they are is happy, and that’s the last thing you will be with the services they claim to provide.

I made an appointment via the phone for myself and a friend to get simultaneous pedicures for 3pm Monday. I happened to arrive about 15 minutes early so I picked a color. There was only one other customer in the establishment at the time, getting a manicure. All the pedi chairs were empty. I asked if I could soak for a few minutes since my friend wasn't there yet. The lady at the counter then asked if my friend was on the way. I replied that I was sure she was, since our appointment was soon. She informed me that I could not be seated until we were both there. So I re-asked if I could please just be seated, no one would have to pay any attention to me till 3 o'clock on the dot, I just wanted to soak my feet. She turned around and asked the man, who was performing the only other service that was being performed there, something in a language I do not understand. He replied in the same fashion. Then the lady at the counter simply said, "sorry". WHY? What would have been the harm in letting me sit there? So I cancelled our appointment and went to Nail Boutique where they were as accommodating as ever. Apparently the "rules" are more important at Un-happy Nails than making money or pleasing paying customers. Definitely won't try to ever spend my money there again.

I took a chance and I can’t brag enough about my nails. I have short nails, I showed a picture ti the gentleman and he perfected it. So happy! Thank you! I’ll be back! First picture is what I wanted, second is what I got ❤️
