Scarlett is the best. Friendly and talented!

What can I say ? The pictures say it all . Had my color done 4 months ago down south and have cried every day since. Scarlett was so amazing , attention to detail and created this amazing color fir me . Have a little more work to correct and then a Brazilian blow out . I cannot thank her enough for correcting an awful situation . And the time flew by because she is so nice and funny.

Scarlett is AMAZING!!! She cleaned up my ends and layering and she did some FUN chunky purple highlights. Absolutely love it💜💜💜 I will definitely be going back!

I booked an appointment for a friend's wedding. I got a message on the day before the wedding saying "new location is xxxxx" No further explanation, nothing. Even if they had text and said "hello an unseen situation came up and we'll have to move your location" literally anything except for the unprofessional text that I got. I text back and said "it's not in the salon? I don't feel comfortable going to somebody's house." They text back and said "I understand" and cancelled my appointment within the minute. Did not even try to come up with a different solution or explain the situation, just canceled my appointment. So they expected a tourist to go to someone's house without any explanation? That's super weird.  I even tried to call ro sort it out and they ignored my phone call. So so unprofessional

Scarlette is fabulous! She did a great job with my hair. It was easy to schedule and a good experience.
