Normally I don't leave bad reviews but today was the first time I left the nail salon and cried...My 45-50$ nails are crooked and lumpy on top of the fact I had coffin nails that they pointed out without asking me. I made an appointment but yet I was still rushed, so much so she skipped essential shaping steps. She talked the whole time and I'm pretty sure thats what led to the mistakes... Nice lady but I won't be going to her again.

The only thing five star about this place is the name. Nail attendant sliced my finger until it bled with her cuticle tool. She had the nerve to look at me and say as it is bleeding. "I didn't do that"... She did the same thing to my niece who was getting a new set of acrylics. She denied that she did it even though we watched her do it. My fill was uneven and looked horrible, my nieces new set looked worse. They were placed on unevenly. She asked for them to have a small rounded edge and she ended up with dragon lady points. When is was brought up that they were not right the attendant claimed that's what she asked. Even though I was sitting there and heard the whole conversation and nothing was ever said about wanting claws. Most of the set fell off within a few days. Save yourself the headache and find one of the other three dozen or so nail shops in the valley and forget this place is here. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THEY ARE BAD AT WHAT THEY DO...

I have used them for a little over a year now, they recently changed their powder and got newer appliances which have made the place come together really well! I prefer the owner Vu to do my nails, he pays very close attention to what im asking for and hits the spot everytime, sadly when any one else has done my nails they have popped off so fast i have to get them redone within a week or two if that compared to about a month inbetween fills when Vu does them. Overall, i always have a good experience, they offer water, they clean their spaces off, and the conversation is nice if thats something you enjoy.

I have used them for over a year. I was always the 2nd appt and they were always 30-45 mins behind. The breaking point was when vu made me get up and did a walkins fill. When I told him "I am very frustrated '",he proceeded to lecture me and tell me that I made the whole shop unhappy and he knows how to run his business! They are like $10 cheaper but SO slow and have horrible customer service!!!!
