I just waited over an hour to pick up my grocery order only to be told that they could not fill it tonight! UNACCEPTABLE!!! I’ve called three times to no answer! I’ve been at work since 4am the LAST THING I want to do is go shopping and I have no food! And apparently I won’t until tomorrow! Screw you Kroger!

For Adult Beverages, Press 5. Wonderful selection, amazing service, and the impressive ability to have ludicrously inexpensive pints while you get growler fills.

Not sure what I was expecting when I ran I to this store but I should not have been surprised by the poor organization of product and the clerks that knew nothing about wine, except their personal favorites. The prices were no better than a real liquor store either so the moral of this story is go to a store where people know their product.

I went in to do a quick run to grab a bottle of wine. Before the lady cashier closed her drawer I asked if she can give me some ones, that was when her coworker came and said to me that Kroger is not a Bank! , if I don't understand that to take my business else where... Let's put it these way he insulted me for asking for five ones when I spend over $35 in transactions. What a customer service!!! I went and spoke with managment same night and waiting to see what they are going to do. A person with this type of behavior shouldn't be representing Kroger!

I love this store! Great selection and friendly staff! They have a little bar in there as well!
