I love trying out new Distillery at places we visit and this place is no exception. We tried out several different types of school there. I loved their Whiskey and Burbon, those were my absolute favorites. My wife really loved the Orange Vodka and the Pink Gin. The Dragon Tail was a really unique flavor, tasted like spices mead, which is a very good thing. The tasting was $1 per type, and an inside fact is if you buy a bottle you get the flight for free! :) Another thing that they do here is make various cocktails. My wife loved the cinnamon toast crunch drink, where I tried to the Old Fashioned. Both were and we enjoyed them. The staff was very friendly and helpful and nice to everyone there. Would defiantly visit again

The absolute best specialty drinks, bartenders, and liquors/liqueurs for sale! The atmosphere is a clear representation of the creative and colorful personalities of the beautifully eccentric owners. You can feel their laid back, but service oriented style as soon as you walk in. Just tell Geoff, one of the bartenders, your drink of choice and style and he will create an aesthetically pleasing, deliciously unique cocktail made especially for you. You can also choose from any of the creatively named concoctions they’ve already come up with. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting this slightly hidden gem just off Gay street.

Small distillery with some very tasty offerings. The Deals Gap Dragon tail (Honey Habanero) whiskey is a personal favorite. As a matter of fact, it is so good, I went about an hour out of my way to get 2 bottles. Be sure to stop in!

Best Hot Toddy I’ve ever had! Great cocktails and flights of whiskey, gin and vodka. Great service, Amanda is a transplanted Long Islander with lots of charm and recommendations. Deals Gap Dragon Tail whiskey is infused ghost peppers and habanero! Don’t miss this Knoxville distillery!

Had a blast here! Was able to walk from downtown easily. We sampled the whiskey and had a mixed drink. The bartenders were nice and let me sample something they were working on. The interior is smaller but still comfortable. I really liked the atmosphere and vibe of the place. Very fair pricing as well!
