I have completed the KY bourbon trail so I have been to a lot of distilleries. New Riff was expensive for a distillery tour especially since you don’t get to walk through the entire process (no rickhouse). However, Grover, the tour guide was super charismatic. He kept the audience engaged and had a expansive knowledge about the product and distilling. It was probably one of the best tours we have been on just because he kept it so entertaining.

Love their product so we wanted to take a tour. Grover was knowledgeable, entertaining and kept everyone's interest. Tour was just long enough and very interesting how much can get done in such a small space. Tasting room and bourbons did not disappoint. Would be a neat place to host a party.

They were incredibly accommodating due to rescheduling on their end. Stuart was a great guide and very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys sharing that knowledge with others. He mad us laugh and would highly recommend. The only thing I think they should tell people is that it's very hot for part of the tour so bring some water or a mini fan with you.

Great distillery tour and tasting, Grover was great in explaining the process from beer to Bourbon , book in advance tickets get sold out quickly, located across the river in covington KY within short driving distance from Cincinnati

All the reviews of Grover the tour guide are spot on. I favor rye over straight bourbon and even the bourbon here is top notch. I planned to buy one bottle but went home with three.
