Really nice selection of wines and spirits. The website isn’t accurate with the correct isle numbers so I had to wait to find an employee who wasn’t avoiding customers. They have a lot of everything available here, but they are lacking in premix cocktails.

This is definitely not your typical Total Wine store. I’ve had a great experience at every Total Wine I have been to, so I know my visits at this store are not the norm. My experiences at other stores (IL, MO, TN, and LA) have been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employees. I’ve been to this store three times, and have never been greeted by an employee (except cashiers at the time of purchase). I asked a question of one, and they stared at me blankly then finally pointed to the general area I was looking for. Still, I’ve observed the employees to be quick to greet and offer assistance to other customers. I think it’s important to note I differ in skin color from those customers. My last visit here I brought my mom, she was standing right by another customer at a tasting counter. The employee completely ignored my mom, and offered the man a tasting( Again, it’s important to note a difference in skin color). Though it was convenient due to location, I would not shop at this store again.

Total Wine & More is a a fantastic choice when in need of a “one stop shop,” for all of your favorite adult beverages! The selection offered at this location is very extensive in not only their wines, but also seemingly any brand and quality of spirits as well. Aside from the great product selection, they always have an extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff of employees to help with any needs you may have. Lastly, be sure to check out their rewards program! I’d definitely recommend stopping by the next time you’re nearby!

Total Wine has it All. And the prices are right. Huge, Beautiful Store layout, selection, professional and helpful Management. I've been a regular weekly customer here for the last 2 years and get all I need here. Big shout out to Chenay Williams! She's an outstanding Manager that can help you with any of your needs. Managers like her are the ones who make regular businesses into great ones!

Nice place and big selection....while it is all organized alphabetically, stuff gets moved and you could have a difficult time finding that last bottle of what you want
