So I've been going to Glasgow Liquors for at least a month. Never had a bad experience until Friday night Jan 27th. I've noticed the prices were high. It was my experience Friday night that has me deciding to buy elsewhere. I went in Friday Jan. 27 to buy a bottle of whiskey that I had purchased Thursday Jan. 26th. How does the price jump from $11 and some change up to about $18 or $19 and some change. I was like ok cool. I'll get something else then. I go to get another bottle of whiskey. I checked because I was trying to stay around a certain price range. I found one for $13.99. I'm like perfect. This is it. I took it to the register and thought I need coke to mix it with. I go grab a coke and by the time I made it back to the register, the price changed to $35. How?! The white gentleman with the big beard had removed the $13.99 sticker and the owner said sorry it's $25 or $30. Honestly I was so heated I didn't pay attention because I told them forget it. I'll go some place else and that they were over priced. So I left. You can get a bottle of their fireball for $6 and some change in Cave City instead of paying $11 and change. Or get a bottle of New Amsterdam for $11.99 instead of $17.99. I went to Fire Put Spirits in Glasgow. When I tell you the drive is worth it for the prices. Got what I really wanted plus another drink for under $20 bucks. If I went here I probably would have spend $35 to $40. Run if you see this place.

Bourbon price gouging here. Avoid. Prices 3-4x retail.

Staff was very helpful. I was looking for something and couldn’t find it, they were very busy so I didn’t bother to ask for help but the lady came and helped me anyways. Come to find out it was the owner of the place who helped me. The clerk said they were super busy and the owner came back in to help them on her day off when she was supposed to be on vacation. That is what I call customer service.
