They absolutely refuse to exchange a vape that doesn't work even if it's directly out of the package, they tell you to try it, and watch you use it for the first time. They also have a huge markup on vapes that are $10 more than the same brand elsewhere.

Love coming here for liquor and sodas! Very friendly and care about what their customers like and want and work to keep it in stock.

I won't stop here again. They want to sell $70 bottles for $500. Just get sick of unrealistic mark ups on bottles that will collect dust.

Absolutely the best liquor store I have ever been to. Jaw-dropping amazing selection, including Blanton's, Weller, EH Taylor, and many more! A bit more than retail, but reasonable if you are hunting down rare bourbon. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Cannot recommend enough!

The “owner” of the store just refused to sell me a mr fog air max pro because one of the two vapes that I spent $54 for didn’t work so I returned it. He said that it did work so he wasn’t going to sell me another one. I didn’t go in asking for something free, I went in to buy another $25 vape, which is outrageously priced by the way but is the closet place to buy one by my work while I was on my break. It’s funny how last week he told me that he was just hired and he had been there a week and that his boss said he wasn’t supposed to return them and now all the sudden this week he is the “owner” lol. What a joke. What’s the world coming to when someone refuses to sell you something because their products are defective. So moral of the story is, don’t go to liquor place in fern creek.
