Adam was our bartender and we had such a great time! He told us all about the different types of liquor distilled at the location and also introduced us to a lot of local NC spirits they keep at the bar. We had a blast playing board games and air hockey and drinking on delicious spirits. We will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone we know!

My husband and I LOVE Decompressing at Daltons!! Jeremy is a solid bartender!! I never have to ask for my drink, the very second Jeremy sees us, he is pouring my drink! He is a one man show, that is a serious staple that many regulars come here for. We never have to worry if trouble walks in, because it’s handled discreetly and professionally! Thank you Adam for your wonderful facility, beverages and for hiring Jeremy-he is an incredible hard working asset!!!! We love y’all!!!!

One of the best spots in town! One of the best things about Dalton Distillery is that you can have amazing, Asheville made liquor right there and the bar is really awesome too. You can hang out outside, inside, there's parking even though it's right in downtown, there's ping pong, billiards, games, beer, mixed drinks, one of my favorite spots for sure. Make sure to try the coffee rum, you can drink it straight up and for a coffee fiend like myself, it is perfect.

We wandered in while exploring the south slope area. We were the only ones there (it was early-ish on a Sunday), an Emily treated us to a tasting and cocktails. She was passionate about the distillery and distillery industry and was friendly, conversational, genuine, and helpful. Nice vibe and really good cocktails.

Made a deal to purchase 2 totes that were used for fermenting. Got a truck and trailer to drive 90 miles to pick them up and before I got there they marked them sold . Oh but they had others they would sell me but would cost me more. They didn’t even try to make it right . No integrity.
